We were happy right from the time we landed at Haneda Airport, the Staff on the Princess desk booked us onto the Shuttle to the Port, we were all given a boarding number, which was number 1, by time our shuttle arrived they were calling number 3, so we walk straight through to immigration, making embarking so very easy and one of the quickest we have experienced.

We were impressed with Diamond Princess, yes, she maybe getting old, but was very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. At first we did find it a bit confusing finding our way around, soon had it sorted though.

We dined each evening in the main Dining room, our waiters couldn't do enough for us. Read more
