I believe we received excellent housekeeping service for our cabin for the 8 days! The baggage was delivered quite quickly; the room was clean and smelled fresh; laundry was picked up and returned in a timely manner; and the statesroom attendant was always helpful wore a warm SMILE!

It was a lovely tour but it could have been better if when the guide wanted us to view something, the bus driver never slowed down to view it or take a picture. He was just a driver driving and she guided but viewers were not able to enjoy viewing the sights. The boat excursion portion was the best as you sat on the bottom of the glass boat to view all the exotic and beautiful fish!

This was an informative and detailed excursion via bus about the Old and New San Juan. We were able to view sights and get off the bus at times to take pictures. The guide for full of energy and excited about sharing facts and information about San Juan. This is highly recommended- wear comfortable walking shoes, shades and a hat.

This was a breath-taking and wonderful ride and view across the beach. You are giving   clear directions and load up on a truck to transport you to the zipline point. I did like the  trial run on a smaller zipling before going to the main zipline. I've ziplined before but this was the first over/across a beautiful & clear beach. The staff was supportive and answered any questions. The complied with letting friends and families to zipline together (at the same time). There were 5 lines to zipline at once! It was a FANTASTIC pleasure!!

What a large variety of foods (meats, starches, fruits and beverages).After I know they have MORE variety of foods for vegetarians (it was limited!!
