The room we got was NOT what was pictured on the webpage when I booked it; when I asked guest services, they couldn't care less. The bus kept us waiting at the airport for 3 hours and then the driver had the audacity to ask for a tip. When we boarded, they canceled our dinner reservations and after waiting in line for 45 mins, they tried to tell me they had no tables- that's when I finally git angry and they found a table for us. At that point, the trip was ruined and nothing would make it right. When I called RCCL's customer service, they were outright hostile. I've sailed Disney numerous times since and would NEVER sail on RCCL again. It was a disaster from airport pick up to disembarkation. I could list all the service break downs, but there were so many that to lost them would make it sound like I was embellishing or making it up. Suffice to say that I do what I can to steer friends away from RCCL. Worst part of the whole experience was the 'tough on you' attitude of the crew members. As I found out later, RCCL and Carnival just don't care because the logic is 'there are other behind you waiting to book'. I gave RCCL a chance to make it right and win back my business, but the judt didn't care. I've been loyal to Disney in the years since and the experience has been a full 180 degrees of difference.
