Service was very good, but meal choices are not as good as in the past and food quality has gone down quite a bit since the last time I cruised RCI. The room was quite clean and the entertainment was very good. The ship is going on 10 years old now and might could benefit for some updating. The staff in each area seemed to be well-trained and genuinely concerned to make sure that the customers were happy and comfortable. I would recommend this ship and this cruise for families as there seemed to be a great deal of activities for families with small children.

One item I meant to mention earlier is that I booked 6 months prior to departure. When I checked in, I noticed that even though I had signed up for early seating in the assigned time, there was no table number on my or my wife's card. I found some staff that seemed to be working with other customers with the same issue. This was the one time that I had a poor experience with staff. The one person assigning tables to the large crowd was less than empathetic to those who did not get their wishes. There should have been others assisting with this process to avoid that one fellow from being so frustrated with the mistakes.
