We have only cruised with RC. I think we have sailed all the classes of ships. While this ship has a lot of pros....it also had some CONS! We cruised with our little family of 4...our kids are 12 and 7. We also convinced our friends to cruise with us for their 1st cruise ever.

Pros- The ship is clean as all RC cruises have been. Plenty to do at all times. Once you are actually seated in the dining room the wait staff and food are great. We never felt crowded...we had an easier time finding chairs at the pool and The Windjammer on this ship than the Liberty last year. Also, we enjoyed breakfast a couple mornings at The Park Cafe in Central Park. Ice and Aqua shows were excellent. CATS well, let me explain this read the story of CATS before you go. It is a lame story line however the actors were great.

Cons-everyone outside the waiters in the main dining room were just okay...no one was rude just not above and beyond as RC staff used to be.

Cabin was nice. No issues!

Port Reviews

San Juan

Nice to see and learn about the history. Don't need to go back but glad we went once.

St. Maarten

We took a water taxi from the port to the beach. It was beautiful! We very much liked St. Maarten!
