We cruise more than 25 times with different cruise line in the past 15 years Princess alone is more than 10 times we always enjoy foods and entertainment in the ship until we get on Diamond Princess. We cruise with Diamond Princess twice before but this time we find this should not be a 5 star ship i will give it a 3 star. Food quality and selection are very bad in the dinning room and buffet. The staff in the buffet is so bad you do not want to go back I know they are tired but you do not stay and talk to each other staff and I have to get up and clear the table. The staff are very lay back and make me feel unwelcome there.

One time we were up at the buffet during lunch time around 11:55 and find out only one side of the buffet is currently open and is full. We went to other side which is not open to find a table thinking we can wait until that side is open to have something to eat.in we got a waiter approach us telling us this side is not open we have to sit on the other side I told her there is no empty table and ask her what time is this side open she reply with when ever they are ready. I saw other people have the same problem as us trying to find a table to sit. I hope the other Princess ships are not the same as this one.
