I will fill in the details for my husband; Day 1 - Got on the ship and the entire floor smelt like sewage. Then we had anytime seating and was given a pager to wait for 1 hour before being seated-was told to come back at 8PM the next night, dinner service took 1 hour and 40 minutes (Food was Cold).. Complained to the crew about the sewage smell and was rudely told "We're Aware of It and Are Handling It" (never Got Handled). Day 1 - Sewage smell continues and now coming into bathroom through our toilet. Casino - NEW SHUFFLEMATICS At Black Jack - If you are a gambler you will understand that NO DEALER SHOULD ever hit 21 - 7 times in arow followed by a drawn 17 (5 cards / 2 showing) to beat all 5 people at the table. Lido Lunch - Horrible waited in line 35 minutes to get food with only one line open. Then the food was sub par (either over cooked or undercooked). Food on the ceilings next to stickers plastered there. Glass in Atrium of Lido Dining cracked (This ship was refurbed in 2016). Construction and Grinding taking place on pool stairs by deck chairs. Golf Balls flying from the putting range down to the pool deck and bouncing around. Dinner - given another pager(after arriving at 8PM as suggested) to wait 45 minutes to be seated, out by 9:40PM . Complained again spoke to Maitre D' - given set table (201 and comped a bottle of wine). ALL NIGHTS Husband order Molten lava cake - ALL were MOLTEN LAVA (undercooked) and NO CAKE. Day 2 - Cozumel - Got off went in to town got back on - Sewage Far worse today and add smell of garbage dump. Complained and was told by guest services to let them know when we smelt it again and call them they would send someone down. Went to room, smelt garbabge and sewage called and NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP. Went to dinner went to seat us in the far back - told them we were supposed to be at 201 - checked (OH YEAH) sat at 201. Dimitri was great food was HORRIBLE - Lasagna was a large pile of meat with tomatos thrown in and a slice of cheese on top (not good), Chili Relenos were slimy and again not good / Molten cake still lava. Back to room sewage continues, off to casino and low and behold dealer hit 9, 21's in a row (NO WAY - Tables cleared out) Off to the comedy club to have Wayne start off the comedy show with "Hey, Let me talk to all the White people in the audience (black comedian), I am all for satire and fun but there is enough racist seperation in this world that I didn't fell it necessary to have a comedy show started this way by the Host. Day 3 - Woke up had breakfast - Eggs ordered over medium came out flat and hard boiled, took 20 + minutes to get coffee, had to stop someone to get danishes as he was walking by. / Stayed on ship with a lot of others because as we found out (Nobody knew) that the bus into progresso was free. Construction continues on the pool deck and food was again sub par on Lido deck and again NO Vegetables all Starches. Went to room got ready for dinner STILL Sewer smell. WEnt to dinner sat somewhere in back of dining room at this point "WHY BOTHER' Felt like nobody gave a crap so why should we". Husband went out on deck back door-there are 2 / one back and one forward)off Lobby and was enjoying the evening air - some lady comes running out the front door and vomits over the banister into the wind and flys Back all over my husband as she comes running at him yelling "OH NO, I JUST THREW UP" (as if he didn't know). ANgrily back down to the sewer and into the shower for him - I went up to guest services where I waited for 15 minutes - was told there was nothing they could do but she would see if they could get his pants and shirt laundered after 15 more minutes she came back with a yes.(Which they did). DAY 4 - Wake up to sewer smell and now the arromas of 2 day old chinese food (weird but true). Off to breakfast - Eggs benedict, hollindaise was like plaster on the eggs as if it had been siting for an hour under hot lights, toast was barely toasted and was rubbery, bacon 1/2 raw. Lunch we gave up on everything else and went and had pizza (Which was GREAT). Construction, welding and grinding continues (no flying golf balls today). Windows were never cleaned on this ship and could not see out of any of them, decorative ceiling in Lido dining room has a very large hole in it and cracking, rust all over, cleaning staff set trays of dirty plates and old food on the end of your table to clean other plates. All I can say is we were going to put bags in hall on last night but decided to get off the ship as fast as we possibly could. This ship is a nightmare and really needs to be drydocked and totally refurbished. Bathrooms look 40 years old, rubber chipped away off floors, we had punch mark holes in our cabin (3 to be exact). With all of this negative - I want to give a shout out to Rudy our Cabin Steward he tried so hard to make everything right but was also frustrated. Leon was also great. With all of this being said I have never seen so many disgruntled passengers trying to carry off and get off a ship as fast as we all were when we docked. This is past disappointing and have NEVER had this many problems EVER on ANY SHIP. We felt like every time we complained it fell on deaf ears, nobody listened and of they did it went on one ear and out the other.
