Dirty linen in the dining room, drapes falling off the windows

Loyalty Embassador showed up 20 minutes late

Guest services does not know where things are located on the ship such as the computer rooms;  Guest services provides the wrong itemized documents of charges, giving other guests information to the wrong people.Chops does not know how to cook a steak, after sending 3 back we left

Johnny Rockets has bad services, after being seated waited over 25 minutes to be acknowledged

Public restrooms have cracked seats and do not flush

The staff assisting with disembarking do not know what they are doing.
