Don't always think the upgrade fairy is doing you a favor by charging you an extra $300. Yes we were amazed by the great room they gave us it was brilliant. Deluxe Ocean View room 9199 at front of ship.
Brilliant that was until the neighbors moved in. We were not told it was an adjoining room. Let alone in that room was an 8 month old baby and a 3 year old. The screaming started as soon as they entered the room and lasted the full 8 days. We let it go the first night after being woken up 5 times. Then from 6am when both children were up banging on the large glass windows. You would of thought the family were in our room as we could hear every word of every conversation. Not one was asking children to stop banging or even trying to pacify them. We finally called security the second night after letting the guest service people listen to the screaming infant. Of course by the time security went there the child had stopped. Within 40 minutes back to crying again. The next day they had put duct tape around the adjoining room as if that would stop noise.
Talking to guest services the next day they apologized but because the ship was full there was nothing they could do. The 3rd day we went down again both of us by now exhausted. We were offered a cabin on level 1 just to sleep in for 2 nights.
Cabin was beautiful. Loads of closet room. Be aware it's an adjoining room and you can hear everything that goes on in the next room.
Annie was great. She was very informative. Her mini bus was excellent. She does not believe in crowding her vehicle and takes great pride in it. Very good pricing. Well worth checking Annie's Tours out.
