We have been on over 25 cruises, all with Royal Caribbean. Last week we sailed on the Oasis of the Seas. It was the worse cruise we have ever sailed. Surprised to find out there was no longer a Priority check in for Diamond Plus. We had to wait over 2 hours to board. Being a Diamond Plus member, I asked for first seating and the same table due to my diabetes. They told me when we got there that we would not have an assigned table and that we would have to wait in line to be seated. This is not good being a diabetic. I can not wait in line. After 3 days fighting about this, they finally gave us a corner table in first seating. No recognition at all being a Diamond Plus member.

Not enough elevators for the amount of people on the ship. Honestly, too many people on the ship which keeps the staff busy and non attentive. In the past, every time we cruised we had a message nightly on the phone from the concierge. We did not have one message from anyone. The waiter for our table was excellent and the room attendant Martha was very nice. Mattress was horrible. Bubble pad underneath. Very uncomfortable. The Windjammer was too crowded everyday. Always a long line and once we got our food there was not a table. Food has gone downhill. I have never complained on my 25 plus cruises but this was a huge disappointment.
