We went through the shore excursions before the cruise. I would recommend two things, one, book your excursions early, they fill up fast. Two, when you get aboard check for additional excursions that were not offered on-line.

We ate most of our meals in the main dining room which has an excellent selection for dishes and good wine. Second most dining was in the 7th floor buffet which also has excellent selections. We at some in the dining areas on the first floor which were outstanding and unlike other cruises, we were not charged an additional fee for eating there. On our next Viking cruise we will make serveral reservations for the 1st floor when we board the ship. They also book up fast.

The entertainment was very good and the screen in the main lounge was unbelievable. You have to see it to understand. All the entertainers, both men and women, were very talented and friendly. Read more
