This is 3rd time have sailed Oasis of Seas, and will not do it again. Only reason I rated average is due to ship design which is very good. We have over 45 cruises total and have recently sailed MSSC Divina, Norwegian Escape, and Carnival Magic, all better than Oasis.
The only other positive comment from us is on the room service which was very good. However, in several cases furniture is significantly worn, see arms of chairs and couches, even in Diamond lounge. Attention to detail by crew is questionable, I pointed out to one officer that an emergency exit had been blocked for several days.
Food has taken a major step down with both beef and seafood dishes fair to poor. Deserts are especially poor. Variety in secondary food offerings is non existent, same every day. It was clear that the waiters were overworked. Little things like offering shredded cheese, ground pepper, and help with lobsters are no longer done.
Cabin service very good, but furniture definitely showing age.
