With the addition of a mandatory 18% graduity the service level has really decreased. I hate having to pay a mandatory tip, whats the point , just up the price, its a money grab and the service for drinks was very slow.

The calibe of entertainmet is mediocre at best and reminded me of American Idol, Stephen Cowel, where the judge would tell the losers you will end up on a cruise ship.

The food was great ,lots of variety. Our cabin steward was great. The ports were great and staff were friendly
