Enjoyed cruising on Arcadia last year so thought flagship Brittania would be great

How wrong I was this was awful

Entertainment was poor with little or no variety even the entertainment manager had no talent and could neither sing or tell any gags

Hand hygiene is almost non existent so people walk on board from places like Agadir with optional hand gel its the same in the restaurants 

it's a health outbreak eating to happen

Any busy times and lifts are all full so you may wait ten minutes to get a lift

Food is OK however you are asked to upgrade and pay extra and have proper entertainment this is usuall around thirty five pounds each which is a joke

The staff on board are great and can't do enough for you but we were charged £75 each to give them a tip 

Sorry but won't be coming back
