Firstly arriving at Southampton to embark our time was 3pm arrived at 2pm sat there until 4.30pm. Once onboard had to go straight to Safety Procedure at Muster Station. We have been on 6 cruises and this was the most disorganised one have ever seen. Not on deck but inside, no checks of people attending, most people didn't bother attending. Due to weather conditions dread to think what would have happened in real emergency.

We were unfortunate to hit Storm Katie next day which was very frightening Tannoy system so muffled could' not understand most of announcements.

Waterside Buffet was like Motorway Cafe apart from Freshly made omelette, bacon hard, eggs like plastic. Would have used restaurant for breakfast but this closed at 9am which is fine if weather good but no good when no rush to go for breakfast in pouring rain and cold. Unless you want to pay extra.
