I am going to give you both the good and bad the bad on the boat. We traveled with a 5 year old and had a suite / balcony.
GOOD -
Our suite was great, clean and large (we had the largest rooms on the boat. We tipped our room steward at the beginning of the trip and always had fresh towels, fruit and ice in our room. It was also cleaned 3-4 times a day.
