just got back from this my very first cruise ,the ship was very very clean, the food was ok ,nothing great as such same sort of food just done differently ,we had the drinks package but beware everytime you get a drink they sting you for 8euros service i dont drink only soft drinks my daughter had cocktails but only 2 a day we had a bill at the end of the cruise for 200 euros for service even if you are sitting at the bar they still charge you !!!!! the down side was trying to get on the boat after excurstions ,i understand you have to go through security checks but only have one person doing it and over 1.000 passengers we had to stand outside in the queue for over half an hour it was terrible they have all the staff doing otherthings why cant they get more to help with passengers coming back on the boat ,also our boat was full of school children on a weeks holiday with their schools !!!!! something i wish they had said before booking as i would have changed dates .also the last thing i find very upset about was on the coach to the airport the driver puts the bags in the coach for you under the eyes of the staff from the ship but when you get to the airport he just sat there and didnt help i have a bad back and would have liked a bit of help just getting my bag out of the boot of the coach very disappointed it felt like they have had your money now so sod off ..i wont be going again
