Sail Date: Feb 2016

We flew into FLL and used the Carnival transfer to the port, only because we flew in the same day as departure. We were off our plane by 11:00 AM and were on the ship, luggage in cabin and eating lunch on the Lido by 1:00 PM. The Muster Drill was quick and painless!

We always were able to find chairs outside, even in the afternoons, although we didn't try to sit by the pools. Our last day the pools were closed due to rough seas. The pool waters were shloshing over onto the decks and and the workers were constantly using a squeegee to keep the areas safe.

We chose early dining and ate in the Monet Dining room. Our food was extremely good, the waiters very attentive and we had no issues the entire week! We did eat at Guys Burgers twice and they were excellent. We enjoyed the Deli, also. We ate in the dining room every breakfast and dinner. Two of the mornings they offered a Sea Day Brunch.

Cabin Review

Cabin ocean view

Loved our cabin. Had space for everything.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

I was very hesitant to swim with the stingrays, but as soon as I got into the water all my fears were gone. They are so gentle. The water was not deep at all.

Cozumel

A semi submersible boat to see coral and sea life, tequila tasting and a replica of a Mayan Village. Got to see a little bit of everything!

Key West

Rode the City View bus through one time, ate at Sloppy Joes, and then took a second tour where we got on and off at several stops. There is St Pauls Episcopal church with the most beautiful stained glass windows I have ever seen! Also, check out The oldest house in Key West, both of these are at no cost!

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Embarkation and Debarkation went well.
