Service is poor starting checking in was chaotic and you have do a second card check in on ship to turn on your card. This is done once at all other cruise lines. USA and Canadians stay away from this cruise line language issues was a major problem. Food was terrible and service at restaurants was European style which translate as extremely SLOW. If travelling with children don't expect much from the day camps. We had 6, 9,13 year olds travelling and they were disappointed with what was offered for their age groups. Young children under 6 they do have plenty of activities. On our cruise during holiday week they decided to film so they closed off sections of the ship for full days at a time. This was a major problem as the deck areas were already crowded this made it worse. They should of done the filming while in port less people on ship, but this cruise line does not use any common sense.

BIG issue for the kids ice cream was only available from 2-5 and was never really frozen. Best to stay away until they work out issues if they are going to serve the North American cruisers.
