Sail Date: Oct 2015

We have only taken two other cruises before on carnival ships last year so we are by no means seasoned veterans like some who post on here, however prior to booking with grand celebration we did read some of the reviews, so with a little trepidation we decided to book. Heres our review.

Cabins: To us our cabin was just average, nothing wrong with it at all, just plain. Its obviously an older ship but everything was certainly clean in our cabin and things inside worked fine, our only gripe here was only one power outlet, not a big deal, we took turns charging our phones. But for a two day cruise these cabins are fine.

Food: The buffet was actually very good here, we are big on salads and the salad bar was perfect. For dinner we decided to pay the extra money for the higher end restaurant for dinner (sorry I am forgetting the name of that restaurant at the moment) glad we didn’t skip this because the food and our waiter from Bali were both excellent. We were also pretty much the only people there, so a very romantic dinner with the hubby : ) We did the stellar restaurant thats included on our second night, not bad, just average, very crowded and we didn’t like the vibe.
