My wife and I chose an Alaskan trip on Princess as our very first cruise ever and I and I just wanted to offer my "virgin" perspective on a few things:

1. We brought a plug multiplier that had USB outlets built in to keep our cameras, tablets, and so forth charged up during our trip. Fantastic decision, even with the limited outlets in our stateroom, this simple item made charging our array of electronic components smooth and simple.

2. We found the food in the buffet and at the dining room very good overall in both quality and variety. The staff in these locations were very helpful and polite and we couldn't be happier with this aspect of the ship. Read more
