I first want to say I started off with low expectations so I wouldn't be disappointed and that did not help. First the check in process horrible people was confused they would call you then say go to another area. We get on the boat we had a balcony the room was set up for 3 people we only had 2 in our room. We kept looking for a steward we found someone to get us help. Then he didn't understand what was wrong and brought us sheets. Had to go to guest services to get them to get us help. In the end we had to move the beds around.

Of course in that process we saw how dirty the room actually was. The TV was dusty and there was a diabetic strip (used) on the side of it. Then dinner the service was awful the first night couldn't get drinks to our table they was short with you to almost rude it's the first day dining service was all attitude for breakfast and dinner. You could never get a hold of room service or your cabin steward thru the phone. We had to call guest service to transfer us when we're we need room service.

Wen we was at port they would turn off the air to our rooms. We would come back to hot rooms on the 2 port days. Food for dinner was what I expected blah and not good. I will leave with some good things had fun on our carnival paid excursions set up nicely. Entertainment was fun on ship. Alchemy bar was great. Sea day brunch food was nice ( still service poor) spa seminar was nice. Relax in the serenity area ( again poor customer service in that area
