Even before we got on board the pre cruise service was great. We had a problem with our booking which was fixed immediately.
Riviera looked pristine as we got on board. The welcome was as we have come to expect. As always we had the Kobe Burger in Waves Grill. Delicious.
Our room was ready promptly and our luggage was waiting outside. We were greeted by our butler and room stewardess. A bottle of champagne was on ice.
We love The Grand Dining Room breakfast, and it did not disappoint. The waiters and Maitre Ds were very attentive and added to the overall experience.
We had a great experience in Red Ginger as always.

Very spacious. Pristine. Bed very comfortable. Lovely marble bathroom with plenty of space. Full size bath. Lovely bath salts.
Port & Shore Excursion Reviews
Excellent native Venetian guide who was obviously proud of his native place. We were delighted we took the tour. We had spent a few days in Venice prior to going on board and the tour was the finishing touch

The tour is obviously very popular and there were big crowds at 9.30am. The Cathedral is spectacular but the crowds made it uncomfortable. We were given 1 hour free time which was ridiculous as there was nothing to do on a really cold day.

We have been to Livorno lots of times. We have been to Pisa previously. Old Pisa is worth the trip as it is beautiful. The leaning tower is not as exciting as we thought it would be. The Babtistry was the highlight for us
Because of preparations for the Grand Prix we were unable to dock. It was windy and the sea was rough so we choose to stay on board. We were disappointed as we like Monte Carlo and has hoped to visit Princess Grace's tomb
Barcelona is one of our favourite Mediterranean Ports. The city is so vibrant. Despite its bad press we have never had a problem. The hop on hop off bus is a great way to see a lot for a reasonable price
