My husband and I travelled on the Star Princess from San Francisco to Hawaii for our honeymoon (we are in our early 30s) after the sales representative told us there would be a variety of ages on board. We would NEVER recommend this trip to anyone of our age. Everything was catered toward an older age group: Bingo, Black and White movies, the live entertainment was music from the 1950s and 1960s.

This company does not follow through with what is listed on their website: “Cruising offers something for everyone from the very young to the young at heart”.

The cruise ship missed the first destination (Kauai) adding another sea day, and cancelled our Maui Molokini Snorkeling excursion. Too many disappointments. Read more
