My 13th cruise (total) and one of my most memorable. Great people, service (for the most part) and weather. Happy ship. I thought our room steward was nice but somewhat lazy as compared to previous stewards. Casino staff was non-existent until I won a few large jackpots, then it was bar and casino services galore. (Hmmm, tips?) I stayed with the Shooters bar server Renan as he was happy to serve me just as much as before I won the $$$ so I gave him the extra tips. Great guy, wish I could have taken him home with us. Casino host finally made appearance on the third nite to introduce himself (Brandon) and buy me a drink but I thought it was too little too late in my opinion.

Dining room staff was great and so was the food. Ate a Crown Grill twice and it was worth every penny, Sabatinis once courtesy of the casino, and it was Ok for me (not a seafood fan) but husband thought it was Nirvana! Spa services were good, but more expensive than I remembered compared to last time. Not a fan of the automatic 20% spa gratuity as I think this should be subject to the satisfaction of your actual service. Just one note, I was looking forward to buying some certain spa products onboard and they were out of stock...too bad they lost the sale. After my 2nd massage I mentioned this to my spa attendant and she told me she could "locate" the items I wanted to purchase, because she knew where some were stashed on the ship, but I declined. If they are hiding product stock for a premium price I am not interested. Can get the items online anyway.....Random note: the spa pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful and free for use. No kids allowed and it was empty most of the cruise, highly recommend!!

Ports were good but we live in California had been there many times. Fun to get off the ship though and weather was 70's almost every port. Ensenada was fun, just took the bus to the shopping area in town had a margarita or two and people watched. Fun entertainment for about $15 dollars including tacos and the vendors came to us at our table. Walked a bit in town and did some shopping.
