We are a very active retired couple taking our eleventh cruise. We live in the Bay Area so we drove to port.

EMBARKATION It was pretty slow with long lines. Do not know if this is fault of NCL or cruise terminal facility. Have seen much nicer facilities at other ports.

SHIP Loved the ship as it was easy to navigate, very spacious (not filled to capacity this cruise.) Some passengers we spoke with thought the ship was a "little dead," but liked the fact that there was no blaring music everywhere you went. That was our experience on Carnival, which we will not be returning to. The pool scene was lovely, always plenty of lounge chairs. Even though there were about eighty children on the cruise, they were not bothersome at all even around the pool area. Loved the fact that they had a kiddie pool located a distance from main pool area. Did not even see this pool so that was great. There were plenty of seats anywhere you went on this ship. There was a problem of the showroom being freezing cold most nights.

Everything great except for small vibration problem when engines running full speed.
