This was our first cruise and definitely won't be the last. Our ship the Fascination was ported in Jacksonville. We traveled to my Dad's home in Keystone Heights and then on to the docks. We traveled with my Dad and stepmom, sister and brother-in-law. The embarkation process was fine as far as I could tell. We were escorted to the VIP lounge and then onto the entrance.

We had a penthouse suite and it was very nice. Our steward was very helpful and always accommodating. We had the cutest towel animals everynight and the room was kept clean throughout our stay.

The dining room experience and food was fantastic. Our wait staff, Silvo and Elvis were the best. The food was delicious and believe me, we tried a lot of different things.
