We sailed on the Norwegian Sun the week before Christmas to get a little sun and warmth before the worst of the winter hit. My husband and I were joined by my childhood friend and her boyfriend for the trip. My husband was a little under the weather the first few days with a migraine (not a fault of the ship) so our enjoyment of the ship was somewhat curtailed.

Overall we found Norwegian to be good value for the money.

Our cabin was a bit smaller than other balcony cabins I've been in, but not exceptionally small. We don't really spend much time in the cabin other than sleeping and showering so it wasn't a big deal for us. It was clean and everything that I used was in good working order. I particularly liked how the shower curtain had weights in it to keep water from splashing over the entire bathroom. Our cabin was always spotless and the room stewards extremely nice. Read more
