We have been on 7 cruises prior to this one. First of all, we are very objective people and find the good in most things, HOWEVER, this is the first cruise that I must say was one I care not to repeat. There were 12 of us on the cruise and not one time during dinner did the waiter get things right, we had early seating, 6:15 and were receiving our main course at 8:15, not to mention not refilling the water and here is the kicker, my grandson was dipping his French fries in the small bowl of catsup the waiter had brought him, the waiter returns 10 minutes later, scoops up the bowl of catsup, walks to the table beside us and uses a spoon to dip into the catsup to give to other people, this is unspeakable behavior.

I was in such shock. The assistant waiter did give us our water when we arrived in the dining room, then, never saw him again. At a table for 6 we had 4 pads of butter, after asking anyone who walked by for more butter, I finally go up and went to another table with no one there and got my own. Needless to say, the food and the quality of service was bargain basement. The grill had great hamburgers, we had 5 of them, fruit was out of a can. Coffee was almost never past luke warm.

The ship was clean and over decorated, the shows were, at best, comparable to the dinner, we went to one show, anyone who likes classical music is going to love the shows.
