BACKGROUND
My partner and I sailed NCL for the second time this year after I received a letter from Casinos at Sea offering a Caribbean cruise until the end of March 2008. We'd sailed on the NCL Jewel in March 2007 and weren't terribly impressed (as per my review of that cruise). However, it was hard to turn down paying (ONLY) taxes and port fees for a one-week cruise.
