This was the maiden voyage so the ship was full, however, it was not school holidays where you could have had children in the cabins as well, I had heard 500 children were on the next week. Without the 500 children everywhere you went was full! people were going to the theatre 45 mins early to get a place for what they wanted! Even if that meant they were going in half way through a film!

The restaurants were full, mostly of dirty tables! so after an hours wait on freedom dining you are sitting in a sea of dirty tables having school at some times pub dinners! certainly not fine dining! no comparison with the grills on Cunard. They can do it though pay £7.50 for ribeye steak with prawns in the glass house and it is excellent, the food in the beach house was also excellent although once it was known about if you did not go in before 7.15 they were full can not book this one. The night club was great £28 per head! fully booked for the 14 days from day 3! as was the fine dining in Epicurean £28 per head ! fully booked from day 3. The reason all these places are full is because of the poor standard in the main restaurants....This needs sorting.

You arrive at the desk, they either give you a pager and you wait up to an hour, or a ticket which someone then takes from you and shows you to the general direction your table!!

Cabin Review

Cabin suite

has a bulk head between bed and lounge area, which in our opinion makes the room small and dark, plenty of hanging space but in 3 areas, full bath and shower separate toilet, not sure air conditioning will cope with full summer, but maybe wasn't on full on external condensers
