We were on the maiden voyage and what a disappointment. Although the crew were magnificent and the food was great there was just no 'oomph' to this voyage. The entertainment was, on the whole, abysmal. for such a large ship there were not the facilities to cope with everyone in the theatres. There was an interview with James Martin and the venue was overfull an hour before it started.

My partner is wheelchair bound and the help on and off the ship was unequalled. Seeing as it's duty free the prices on drinks etc were very high. Also the cabin doors are self closing which makes it difficult to hold them open for mobility and lets them slam at night waking the whole corridor up. Sorry P&O it's a ' could do better' on this voyage.
