A year and a half ago I cruised on Holland Zuiderdam destination Panama-it was such a terrible experience they gave us a voucher towards another cruise. This cruise was also a failure and I will not cruise with Holland again. As always getting on the ship takes a lot of patience because you have to wait and wait and wait to get on-board. (I had taken the Disney Dream Cruise in October and there was one couple in front of us and we walked onto the ship and to our room).
Food: Mediocre at best. Selection was poor, meat was dry, and the rest lacked flavor.
Room: Average we had read the reviews of the cabin before we left and they were not great. This was due to the cabin being right over the anchors-the whole room would shake every time we went into port and every time we left a port.

Large Ocean-View Stateroom
Room was clean, the bed was fair. Two twin beds pushed together and the crack in the middle where they joined was uncomfortable. The room was in the back of the ship on Deck 4 and it was very noisy whenever we were going into a port or leaving a port. The room shook and exterior door and bathroom door rattled badly.
