The ship is beautiful, classy, elegant and kept very clean. As others mentioned, the food quality is mediocre but they offer a good selection in the buffet and dining rooms.
We found the service to be excellent and very friendly. We didn't have any issues or complaints the entire week. The service in the main dining room was fantastic. Our waiter remembered our drink orders and had a bucket of ice waiting for us each night without needing to ask. English is a secondary language for most of the staff. Overall, the service was awesome.
One of our excursions was cancelled due to weather. We brought our tickets to the excursion desk and exchanged them on the spot for another available excursion.
Cabin Review
The room was great. Storage was adequate for a 7 night cruise. The only negative was the slight obstructed view from the balcony. Being on the 13th level, mid-ship, the cabin is underneath the main deck (14) overhang. The overhang blocks the view of the sky somewhat.
