We have done several cruises but this was the first with Norwegian cruise line. Really enjoyed the freestyle cruising. We didn't have to dress up if we didn't want to but we could don our posh frocks if so inclined.
The ship had lots of quiet areas where you could sit and read quietly.
The food was very good but don't waste your money on the special restaurants as the food is no different to the complementary ones. We booked the bistro as one of our party was celebrating a birthday. The food was mediocre. The staff were very good but we had a long wait between courses. We missed the theatre show that night!
Cabin Review
Found our cabin fairly spacious but actual toilet was small. You couldn't slide the door shut when sitting on the loo.Our cabin boy, Floyd, was superb. He kept our room spotless. He was always polite and non intrusive, yet friendly.
