Small but clean and bed is comfortable. On embarkation day the water coming out of the tap at the bathroom sink was light brown at first, then quickly turned dark brown and then black for a while. Thank goodness, it didn't happen again the rest of the cruise. The shower water temperature was fine for the first few days but suddenly one day the water turned cold during shower and I could not turn the temperature up. They fixed the temperature nob and the water was hotter but for the rest of the cruise the shower temperature continued to fluctuate. Read Less

We had an outside cabin E 712 on deck 8 (Emerald Deck) with a partially obstructed view. On two occasions we had painters working right outside our window. We liked the layout of the cabin with the head of the bed against the side wall. This is much better than having the bed against the window which necessitates your climbing onto the bed to look out the window. The cabin had a vanity for my wife’s use with three drawers. Two night stands each had two drawers, a shelf and reading lamps. The closet was probably the smallest we have had on any of our cruises; perhaps three feet wide. There was a narrow closet with shelves for storage of folded clothing. It had an abbreviated safe that was just large enough to hold our valuables. The bath was adequate with the typical small shower with a curtain. Three shelves for storage were on the right side of the sink. A TV that was probably about 45 inches was hanging on the wall opposite the bed. Read Less

The cabin was fine except for the thermostat and the water issues. But so many people had problems similar to ours that we didn't want to complain because we didn't want to get moved like they all did

Shower needed redoing. Caulking discoloration issues. Fixed shower head Issues. would be better to have a hose shower head to wash and rinse better in such a small space.

The first day we opened our drapes, we were confronted with a view of a man sized dummy HANGING FROM HIS NECK OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW. We immediately went to the front desk to have it removed. We were told that it would be attended to. Later that day and supervisor arrived to look out our window. She said she would report the problem. After the third day, nothing had been done. I went to the front desk again and asked to talk with the Captain. Of course, I could not do this, but the clerk asked what the problem was. I told her and showed her a picture of the dummy. I also said we wanted an immediate cabin change. She brought out a supervisor and he said he would look into it. I left very unhappy about the experience. Later that day he called to say that the dummy had been removed. I asked about the cabin change and he said he would "PUT US ON THE LIST." Than did not sit too well either. I told him I would be talking to the Captain at the party later that night. A few hours later, he called to say that they had another cabin for us. We immediately changed to the other cabin.
