These people's embarkation and disembarkation process is NIGHTMARE. By the time you get on the ship you are dehydrated, exhausted, confused and disoriented and you 're bombarded by people selling packages. Non stop and just overehelming. When you get on you have to wait til 1.30pm for your room and up to 7pm for your bag.

With my hectic and busy work life this date was ideal and it was over week-end so no one from work would miss me for work duty. :)
The best experience ever, from the starting point by bag drop went smooth up to the first step on to the MSC MUSICA. The embankment and dismemberment at the two beaches very good organized.

WOW MSC. What a blast we had. From entering the harbour, then the shed onto the ship via "easy onboard". Firstly the embarkation took 2 hrs. It was hot and stuffy in that hall. The staff at the front desk on the ship were very unfriendly. The gentleman cleaning the cabins, had no respect for our Privacy!!
