This was our second cruise with Carnival and although the weather wasn't the best overall the cruise was great.

The ship - Carnival Legend - Great layout with easy access to fore and aft areas - no obstructions. The lounge areas seemed less smokey than our previous cruise on the Valor. For example in the Medusa's Lair dance club smoking was only permitted on the upper floor so there wasn't much smoke on the dance floor (if any). Good ventilation. We participated in anytime dining and it worked for us.

We had a Panorama Balcony Suite on Deck 8 - Nice cabin. Lots of storage. Good bed. Our only complaint was that we could hear the service trolleys on the Lido deck above up rolling around for most of the night and early morning.
