Overview: The Voyager of the Seas is a splendid ship. We had a really great experience aboard her. We would definitely recommend RCI. They do a quality job and overall everyone we dealt with was very helpful and courteous.

Embarkation/Disembarkation: We booked our flight reservations since we had enough AA frequent flyer miles. We were told that the flight arrival had to be at least 3 hours prior to the latest boarding time so we simply chose an arrival time that fell within that requirement. We purchased the transfers ahead of time and there was an RCI rep waiting at the baggage pickup area. The bags were taken onto a truck and we got on their bus. Very smooth.

At the ship, we had to wait in line for one and a half hours before getting on the ship. This was difficult as the kids were tired, but we survived. Isn't there some way to do this more efficiently?
