We were on the June 20 repo cruise. Most of the reviewers have hit it on the head: the service on the ship is way below average and definitely below what should be expected for the amount of money you paid.
Going to dinner meant sitting for 3 hours, more if you went late and there wasn't a table. They were unorganized. The buffet's were incredibly crowded, the lines were long and there were few indoor seats.
The food was mediocre at best. If you like uncooked scrambled eggs, this is the place! The extra $10 per person is simply an additional charge. It is a sneaky underhanded way of getting more money without raising fares.
The shore excursions were incredibly OVERPRICED. I asked several bus drivers what the tours would cost someone making their own reservations. It was at least 75% higher through the ship. I would recommend anyone wanting a shore excursion to just book it yourself or rent a car.
The entertainment was very good and the ship looks nice. But that hardly makes up for what the ship/cruise lacks in the other categories. The value for the price of this cruise is non existent. They use the lure of the Hawaiian islands to sell you an overpriced third rate (at best) cruise and then say, why worry, you are cruising Hawaii. There are cheaper Hawaii cruises on other lines albeit they require more days.
