DH and I returned from our honeymoon cruise on Sunday.  I was busy all week so I am finally getting around to this review.  Let me say that this was a FABULOUS cruise!  This was my third time cruising and my third time with Royal Caribbean.  We had a 9:40AM flight out of Philadelphia and arrived in San Juan around 1:45PM.  We received our bags very quickly (US Airways) and took a taxi ($22) to the pier.  We got to the pier and the line was extremely long to check in.  DH is a Platinum member so we went to the kiosk and checked right in and boarded the ship.  We had to fill out a Swine Flu questionnaire, but from the time we stepped into the waiting area to fill it out and  the time we got on the ship was about 5 minutes.  We immediately headed to the Vivaldi Dining room on deck 5 to make sure we got our requested table for two and we did!  We went into our stateroom to check it out #6312 and went to the balcony.  We were greeted by Levorn our stateroom attendant who was very friendly, wonderful and helpful all week long.    From there we headed to the Windjammer to eat.  As usual, the food was great and just what we needed.  From there we checked out the rest of the ship and I was just in awe of the promenade because this was the biggest ship I have ever been on.

Our luggage around around 7:30 (a little late I thought), but it wasn't a problem.  We went to our second seating dinner and met our waiter, Roland, from the Phillipines and our assistant waiter, Martin, from Peru who were excellent all week long.  We were exhausted after dinner so we just went back to the room and went to sleep.

Monday morning we woke up and ate in the dining room for breakfast, hung out on the ship all day because we were at sea.  We went to deck 12 and got some drinks, hung out there most of the morning and early afternoon and then got lunch at Johnny Rockets.  The food was great and the milkshakes even better.  We scoped out the Arcade and casino and were introduced to Cafe Promenade a little later (around 5:30) to get some snacks to hold us over before dinner.  We ate at Cafe Promenade every day for a late afternoon snack.  Their pizza, sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies are fabulous!
