Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Considering this ship is viewed as a Luxury Cruise Ship, the experience was quite disappointing. The food was substandard and the staff seemed very unhappy most of the time, especially the bar and shop staff. The Spa was beautiful and luxurious but services were overpriced. The entertainment was very good especially the dive show and the ice show but did not make up for the general disorganization of the staff. The food had no taste and the meat was tough. The tea was weak and tasted old and the coffee was so strong even half a glass of milk didn't help. The cabin was small and the closet was extremely small although the balcony was a good size. If I had never cruised before, I would not have had any complaints, however, in comparison to other ships, for the money paid, this was a total disappointment. Will not be sailing with RCCL again.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D3

Nice balcony space but the closet and bathroom/shower was really small.
