Getting on the ship was a breeze. From leaving my house to parking the car and stepping onto the ship was less than an hour, and I live 20 minutes away from the port. The staff seems to really care about the passengers experience. I was pleased to find out that 6,000 people can fit nicely on one ship. The only congestion is in the Windjammer, but if you avoid the busiest times, you can find a seat. Also, on occasion you might have to wait for the next elevator.

Poolside chairs can be hard to find on "At Sea" days, but if you're flexible, you can find a chair nearby. Other than that the crowds were dispersed in different areas. My only suggestion regarding crowd control would be to have clearer directions for show lines. Quite often the "reservation" line and the "non-reservation" line were not obvious. The seating for the shows was ample and comfortable. Never had a bad seat. The shows (with the exception of "Cats") were wonderful. Not Royal Caribbean's fault but Cats has to be the worst/stupidest show I ever saw. Do not understand how it survived on Broadway so long. The Ice show and Diving show were top notch.

Leaving the ship in ports of call and at the trips conclusion were all very easy. No lining up to disembark, just walk off. Customs was even easy. I'm glad to have tried the Oasis, and I would recommend it. Don't necessarily have to do it again, but I wouldn't avoid it either.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D5

The balcony made the room brighter, and made it feel larger. Otherwise it was a standard size.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Flew threw check-in. Used offsite parking which was quick and easy (and half price).

St. Thomas

Got a good deal on diamond ring for my wife.

St. Maarten

Basically just window shopping since we bought on St Thomas.
