Boarding experience very poor, very chaotic, letter about previous cases of sickness but not made clear what a huge impact this would have on our overall cruise. 1hr 40 mins to board the ship from getting out of the taxi at 12.15. Staff appeared to be very stressed and miserable.
Garden Cafe (buffet) for lunch - chaotic, no seating, slow turn around due to self-service not being available staff having to serve everything from food to drinks. Food temperature tepid at best. Tables very slow to be cleared.
