This was our 9th cruise with CC. We were disappointed. Service was way down. Sat at tables many times and never a waiter came by. Had to hunt down someone if we wanted a drink. A few times I'd be standing at a bar and others would come up and be waited on before me. I finally had to start speaking up (I don't like being rude) and saying I was here first. We always get suites to receive priority embark and debark in ports and at home port. Never once did we debark priority. People wore pj pants and tshirts to the specialty dining room. Dress codes need to be enforced at least there if not in the dining. Our room steward was awesome. Food was so-so. Used to awesome. Was almost ran over by a man in a scooter getting on elevator. Food that was in the dining room was on buffet. Workers were chastised in front of cruisers. Felt so bad for them... Service in dining room was way down. Used to be that you never ran out of water bread or butter. We had to ask for those items as well as iced tea. Slow service as well. Food was not warm. Food choices was not what I was used too. We missed cruising in 2015. Man what a year made. If you didn't eat lunch by 2:30 your only choices are a sandwich or pizza. I would have liked a salad bar. Workers seemed like they ere not as informed a lot. During breakfast/brunch there was not ice tea to be found. If you asked for it no one knew where to fond it. The beds seemed smaller. Specialty food places Pig and Anchor only open 12-2:30. And very hard to find and you have to wait in a line outside in the blazing sun. Quite a bit of chaos altogether. Kids running around without parental supervision, younger ones. The hurricane being out there never played an issue on this trip except for when we were ready to head into Port Canaveral. We had to wait to get the clearance when we should have been in at 8 am we were not allowed in til 2:30 pm. The employees had NO control over the debarking at all. Were told to merge into one line. As I was doing so and older man than I am and I'm 51 said I don't think so and rammed his luggage into the back of my legs. I have bad knees. If had not been for the man in front of me righting me, I am sure I would have ended up one the floor. Rude people were everywhere. What is wrong with people today. Several times elderly people were waiting for an elevator and well able bodied people would swarm right past them nearly knocking them over to get the elevator first.

Cabin Review

Ocean Suite

Cabin OS

Smallest suite cabin we have ever had. Bed was supposed to be king but seemed smaller. Steward and staff were awesome as usual.

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

Stayed at the port and got in some shopping. Then got in the pool. Pool was nasty. Grass, bandaids not sure what else it was floating in it. We got back on the boat and got in the pool.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We didn't do anything here
