The staff on the Triumph were not very friendly. One of the photographers actually told me that one of my photos was blurry because "I didn't step forward"...The services was poor and I think that was because the workers were overworked. I waited 10 minutes one night at the bar in the lobby and was not helped. There was only 1 bartender and about 10 people at the bar. The room was outdated and gross. The paint was chipping from the floor in the bathroom which made it look dirty. The housekeeping didn't always come & when they did it was only once a day. There weren't many fun activities to do, ect. not many game shows. The trivia is the same as it is on every other cruise that I've been on which makes for boring trivia. Also, CARNIVAL STOPPED PROVIDING THE COMFY ROBES!!! I was so upset!!! That was one of my favorite parts of cruising; putting on a robe and relaxing. Now the only option you have it to buy them! It just wasn't a good experience. I won't cruise on this ship again (this was my second time on the Triumph) and I am considering not traveling with Carnival ever again.
Small, no robes, paint chipping off the bathroom floor.
