My Husband and I have cruised many times on several other cruise lines. To us, Norwegian is the best from embarkation to disembarkation. Embarkation was so easy, it took less than 15 minutes, if you printed off your cruise documents. We enjoyed our cruise on the Escape so much, three weeks later we are wishing we were still on it. We want to go again, and are planning on doing so when it moves to the Western Caribbean.

The Escape is the most beautiful ship we have ever been on. The color decor, from lighting to carpeting is tastefully done. The 678 Ocean Place is beautiful and peaceful to walk around and shop. I can't say enough about The Waterfront. I don't know if I will ever be able to go on another cruise ship that doesn't have a Waterfront. My Husband and I got a couple of seats by accident on the Monday we cruised all day and it was the most relaxing day of the entire trip. Norwegian, build all your ships with a Waterfront so more people can enjoy it.

The crew were very attentive, from our steward, to the ship's maintenance employees. The same gentleman would wait on us when we would go to the gift shop. Unfortunately, we never got his name. He went out of his way to make sure we could get a certain size in T-shirts etc., and not just one time. Our Steward Gede was the best!! He was so friendly! He remembered what we wanted from the start of the cruise and we never had to ask again. Moses, who worked at the Aqua Park, made us laugh and our kids said he was so nice to them.
