First time on Norwegian and certainly the last. We strayed from RCCL and learned out lesson. We had a lovely time as ANY cruise is a good cruise; however, NCL can't hold a candle to RCCL!! The food was mediocre at best, the choices in the main dining were far from traditional, there were NO bar waiters to be found anywhere. If you wanted a cocktail you were on your own to find it! For a ship of this magnitude to only have 1 small pool, is short of reckless and irresponsible! Overall design and layout of the ship was poor and compartmentalized. The entertainment was poor and not up to the same standards as RCCL, Carnival or Princess. NCL majorly screwed up our embarkation with respect to my husbands mobility issues and wheelchair. They made to attempt to offer restitution for all the trouble he had to through. Sorry, won't be returning to NCL!
