My wife and I just got off the Jewel of the Seas and the experience was outstanding. Will break it down but first we have been RCCL cruises for some time and been on 30 plus with Royal, been on Carnival, Princess and NCL as well but choose to stay loyal to RCCL although lately we have felt things slipping. Here comes the Jewel!! Whatever the staff of the Jewel is doing needs to be repeated fleet wide! This cruise was excellent in every category and most important the crew is very friendly, helpful and hard working!!!

1) Service- Best of the best. Every crew member we came in contact with was friendly and helpful... Our Waiters Felix and Roderick were outstanding. Benedict in Portofino was downright the best we have had in Specialty dining......
