I found this to be a good cruise. Service was impeccable for the most part. I had real issues with one of the guest service reps. Not sure what her name was, but every time I called with a need she was always telling me why I could not get it fixed or adjusted , or in one case when security told me to call them directly for having a dive knife delivered for packing, I was told by this gal I could not speak to security and that they were not to deliver anything to me. She wanted to call and find out who had told me they would and fix that infraction. I got several others involved to help and soon security called to say the dive knife was coming. I simply had to sign for it, pack it in front of them and get my suitcase ready for pick up. Such little things, but boy was she annoying.
Other things were that the room was too hot. But my stateroom attendant had his supervisor help with that. Another was we had no hot water on the first day and reported it, she too told me that was a program they were doing and I could not get hot water. But when the deck supervisor stopped to check on the air, he found out about the hot water. The next morning we have very hot water.

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Great Cabin attendant. Cabin was a little smaller than some of the balcony rooms we have had, but it had a lot of smart storage so it worked. We had a ton of extra linens, so we had to pack them in our suit cases to get them under the bed. ( we probably should have just called the attendant to remove, but didn't think about it at the time). Balcony a nice size. When we got there the first day the AC did not get the room cool. Guest services were no help, but the stateroom attendant was great. Fixed quickly, hot water was not available early on. It was also corrected with in 24 hrs. It was supposedly some kind of clog. very limited outlets, strongly recommend a power strip. Air flow does not allow things to dry quickly in room, but they did well on balcony. The fridge in the room, barely cools at all, so don't expect things to really be cool coming out It took 3 days for us to have the mini bar emptied.
